Pimms, Gin & Tonic, Vodka & Elderflower and Bloody Mary Transformed into Sorbets at Hunter 486
Combining two of summer’s most refreshing food and drinks into an inventive new treat, Head Chef at Hunter 486 Gary Durrant has created a range of Sorbtails (sorbet-cocktails) inspired by classic English summer tipples.
The refreshing and low calorie treats come in three flavours: Pimms with fresh strawberries and cucumber; Gin & Tonic; Vodka & Elderflower; and a deliciously savoury Bloody Mary. The sorbtails are available as a sharing flight for £19.50, or on their own priced at £7 each.
Handmade with natural ingredients such as fresh fruit and vegetables, the Sorbtails are low in fat and sugar, making the treats more ‘ice queen’ than ‘ice cream’.
The Sorbtails are available at Hunter 486 within The Arch London hotel, tucked in a quiet leafy street just a stone’s throw from Bond Street and Hyde Park. Spanning seven Georgian townhouses and two mews houses, it offers a combination of English heritage and the ultimate in contemporary style.
