Royal China prides itself on serving authentic Chinese cuisine and its restaurants are renowned as the ‘go to’ place for Dim Sum in London.
Royal China has just launched its latest Chef’s Special Dim Sum menus offering unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere in the capital. In London, every Royal China restaurant has its own Dim Sum chef who is given the freedom to be creative, hence the dishes have their own individual twist.
Guests at Royal China Fulham can indulge in the unique Pandan & Coconut Layer Cake (£5.20), a particularly rare find in London; while the suitably seasonal Steamed Pumpkin & Taro Cake with XO Sauce (£5.20) is available at the Queensway branch. Taro is an Asian root vegetable that is used as a flavour enhancing ingredient in traditional Cantonese cuisine and is particularly interesting when paired with pumpkin.
Not only are Royal China’s dim sum delicious, but many of the new dishes are eye-catching too. The Lava Egg Yolk Custard Buns (£5.60), which are on offer at the Canary Wharf branch, are especially visually striking. Likewise, Baker Street’s Deep Fried Duck Pastry (£6.20) is intricately designed into the shape of a swan.
These menus are available daily from Noon to 5pm until Chinese New Year 2017.
The Royal China Group consists of six of London’s most authentic and prestigious Chinese restaurants, including the luxurious and critically-acclaimed Royal China Club.
Based in prime areas of London, the restaurants are centrally located on Baker Street, as well as in Bayswater, Fulham, Harrow-on-the-Hill and Canary Wharf.
